In store bulk-bins, you don't know how many fingers have been playing in those bins before you fill your bag.  At Buffalo Valley Grain, your order is filled in two sealed bags (a sealed plastic bag, inside a sewn paper bag), in the number of pounds you desire --bare hands never touch the product.

GLUTEN-FREE -- For our gluten intolerant friends, we’ve added our Gluten-Free product line. We are very cognizant of cross-contamination issues and take extra precautions when storing and packaging these products. We have two separate storage & packing facilities with separate air handling systems to avoid any cross-contamination issues. We understand how important it is to keep gluten at bay for our gluten sensitive customers!
